The real reason for Indian workplace toxicity

I have now more than 10 years of experience in software development. So I can say that I have been seen the junior space as well as senior/management space. I have seen so many posts in this sub where the seniors/managers are exposed for ther toxic behaviour. I am just trying to find the root cause of this. Those people too were junior once. They must have faced this toxic behaviour from their seniors. But when they themselves becomes senior, they also become toxic. Why is it like this? Also there are a lot of juniors who are toxic as well but I haven't seen many posts regarding their behaviour. I think if juniors were that honest, seniors would not have the power to exercise their toxicity. I think the whole system is corrupt. And we can see this in every sphere of Indian society. When kids become parents, they torture their kids for the same things which they wished their parents had not tortured them for. How do we break this cycle?
