3BHK Flat Rent in Jugalpura or Achrol for 6 Students?

Hi everyone,

Me and my friends (total 6 people) are looking for a 3BHK flat or a full floor to rent near NIMS University (Jugalpura/Chandwaji/Achrol).

• Requirement: 3 Bedroom, Hall, Kitchen (needs to be spacious enough for 6 of us).
• Budget: Open, but looking for value.
• Location: Preferably Jugalpura to be close to campus, but Achrol is okay if the house is good.

Does anyone know the current market rate for a 3BHK that side? Also, any leads on owners who are cool with student groups?
