Pharmacy double RX

Last month my husband went up a does to 10mg. The pharmacy, at two different times of the month, filled both 7.5 and 10mg and we paid the insurance amount of $25 each. We filled both and didn’t say anything because we figured it was a one time deal before they figured it out. We will be losing our wonderful insurance and probably have to stop taking this medication later this year, so a little extra was wonderful. My husband just received a text that his rx for 7.5mg is ready! I guess they still haven’t figured it out. My question is if he picks this rx up, if they discover the error later, will we have to pay full price? What are the consequences? It would be wonderful to accumulate a little extra for when we lose our insurance. Thank you.
