starting testosterone whilst underweight

i’m 19 (FTM) and have started the process of privately starting testosterone with gender plus. i have anorexia and am currently in recovery but im bmi 16 at the moment so will i get refused testosterone even though im starting to gain weight or is this not really something that will cause major concern for the private prescribers?
