Apartment has Fluorescent Lights in the Kitchen and Bathroom. Looking for a smart light solution.

I have Govee light bulbs in all the normal sockets throughout the apartment, but my bathroom and kitchen have fluorescent light fixtures.

Does anyone know of a smart option that I can use Alexa with?

I saw a socket converter, but I'm worried about the amount of light diffusion compared to the long tube lights.
