Switch recommendations like Cuphead/Hotline Miami?

Hello! I'm looking for Switch recommendations for someone who REALLY got sucked into Hotline Miami and Cuphead, and also loves Vampire Survivor (we play co-op) and liked Streets of Rage. Co-op play not necessary but would be nice.

I'm thinking something with interesting/stylish art and music, requiring you to learn tough patterns and timing BUT with simple controls (we also have Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound but they haven't taken to that one as much, and I think it's partly due to the button combos being more complex). They're a GenX-er, so that kind of arcade-y gameplay but more so, seems to be the sweet spot for them.

So far I've seen recommended:
- Furi (leaning towards this)
- Katana Zero
- Huntdown

Are there any on this list that jump out? Any issues with any on the list that you've noticed, playing on Switch? Any not on this list that you'd recommend?
