Herbicide? HELP NEEDED

I was trying to explore Apartment 12, however I need 3 more herbicide and don't have any Cleanerex (barely found any the entire playthrough), is there any way to get more Herbicide? I'm pretty sure I got every single one in the entire apartment, am I unable to explore more of Sybil's apartment?
