Has anyone contacted Shout about replacing their scratched Hard Boiled UHD disc and gotten a response?

My Hard Boiled disc has a pretty bad scratch on it. I purchased it from Deep Discount who don’t even have it listed on their site anymore so I assume they have none to send me as replacement. Regardless, it’s Shout’s product. I emailed them last Friday at info@shoutfactory.com which is listed as the customer service contact on their website. I know others on here got scratched discs and was wondering if any of you had any success contacting Shout or if you just went through the retailer from which you bought it. I know we just had a holiday but I feel like a week is still too long for them to have not responded. Is there a better contact to use?
