Can't fit in my fleshlight

I bought my first fleshlight today and got the Autumn Falls one because I read it was the best. I used a bunch of lube and still couldn't get my dick inside. It just hurt and left a mark on my dick. I know lube isn't the problem because I used almost the whole bottle and it was leaking from the fleshlight. When I found out the part on the back controls the suction I pulled it all the way off and I still couldn't fit. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or I just need to get another fleshlight that's more girthy.
