GenTeal Apparel Reviews: Pros and Cons?

I’m on the hunt for work-casual shirts, like button-downs (both short and long sleeve) and polos. I’ve tried Vuori and really like their fabric and style, but I’ve been stuck between sizes, which has made it hard to fully enjoy their products. To make it worse, the sizing seems inconsistent across their shirt styles, one polo fits perfectly, another is too tight, and a third is way too loose. Does anyone have recommendations for similar brands that offer quality, performance fabrics with more consistent sizing? I’d really appreciate any tips!
