ATT does not work for me.

About 8 months or so ago I switched to ATT from Verizon. We did the deal where we traded in our old iphones and got new ones. The problem I am having is at our house ATT gets 1 bar of cell phone connection. My calls always drop, I can't surf the web, nothing works. When buying the service in store, the workers looked up the coverage map and it shows my area should be fine. I am beyond frustrated and have gone in-store trying to ask them what I can do to get out of this plan but they have been no help at all. Saying since the coverage map shows we should be fine, they cant get us out of this cell phone plan. Anyone have an idea where I can maybe get this resolved? Im not looking for a free way to get out of this contract or anything I just want the service they offered to actually work. It is so frustrating and I am finally at my breaking point. (yes I have great wifi at home, but we have 30 acres of land and my wifi only works the distance of about an acre. Wifi calling sometimes works but not always)
