Blower Fan For Drum Roaster

Hey, I recently started this hobby with my perforated drum roaster from AliExpress, and the results have been better than I expected. However, I'm starting to notice that the lack of airflow is causing some problems. The main one is that the silverskin doesn't peel off the beans during roasting.

So I'm looking to install airflow using a duct connected to a blower. After researching, some centrifugal fans like the Dayton 1TDN4 seem suitable, but according to their specifications, the maximum incoming air temperature is 104°F. Is that not suitable for the job? What kind of fan should I look for?
