Does the 25/26 Civic Hybrid come in a base trim or only in the "sport"

Hi all, im debating between a new hybrid corolla and a new hybrid civic. Im in Canada. It seems the Corolla hybrid comes in a base model for about $32k. The Civic hybrid looks like it is not offered in the basement model and only comes in the higher "sport" trim for about $37k.

Just wondering if this is correct and maybe some insight as to why Honda didnt want to offer the Civic hybrid in the basement trim.
