Tips for Ginger Islands?

Hello y’all,

I’ve watched a couple of playthroughs. I just started to play the game in serious for the first time. I unlocked Ginger Islands, reached to it the first time (even got the Achievement now). I met with Leo, and the parrot next to me led me to the North. There was a dragon cave and I entered but I failed since I was blindly led through.

What is your go-to playthrough for Fern Islands? What are your tips&tricks? Not just for the cave but the island itself?

I havent reached to 30 in Skull Caverns but I somehow made it through 25. I have gold pickaxe and scythe, iron hoe and iron axe. A lava sword. +200 gold cheese and +20 sashimi (I installed 4 crab pots in my farm and use the fish for sashimi). I have prismatic shard for the triangle but havent acquired the galaxy sword yet. Also 10-15 fried eel have I.
