Black title screen or World creation screen (Surface Pro)

Upon trying several different types of mods I've found most of them just don't work. They'll load to the title screen just fine but either shows me a black screen right away or after clicking a menu button. I can still hear audible clicking after this black screen shows up but I'm not sure of the issue I've tried several different mod packs to see if any of them were working but so far I've only found one. I've been trying this on a Microsoft surface pro 11'th edition (I know not the peak of gaming but I figured it would at least let me load into the game to see how laggy it was.)

Processor Snapdragon(R) X 12-core X1E80100 @ 3.40 GHz (3.42 GHz)

Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.6 GB usable)

System type 64-bit operating system, ARM-based processor

Some of the mods I've tried that had the black screen issue:

Stone Block 4

GT New Horizons (Even tried this one directly from the ftb app if that changes anything at all)

ATM 10 to the sky

All in one

Reclamation

The only mod that's worked so far via my random testing is 'Play as a dragon comfort edition'.
