(Seeking advice) Cost and Benefit of Erasmus one year exchange for a non European

So basically I have the opportunity to go abroad for a semester in a European university which has a lower rank than my home university, but the whole risk for me comes from the idea of not knowing what the system is like, how the teach, i will be taking 4 masters courses + 1 undergrad course, knowing that I am still a junior in undergrad total 30 ects, is this manageable or should I save the burn out and stay home?.
