Relapse

I haven’t sh for years like a good 2/3 years. Yesterday I relapsed. I wasn’t sad or anything or atleast I thought I wasn’t but I saw the scissors and got the urge to sh and I did it. It’s light scratches that could be passed off as my cats scratching me but I was just chilling in bed and I got the urge again and I did it AGAIN idk what to do and how to stop but I still have the urge idk what to do
