Do you stick with your builds in NG+ etc. ?

I am always kinda the player that sticks to a build and not changing everything up too much because it feels kinda pointless to even do another playthrough/build when you end up using different spells/skills anyways after like 20 hours.

I wanted to do a lightning build next that I maybe go with into ng+ but I also kinda "scared" of being bored with it later on and want to mix it up.

But with mixing it up again it feels weird to not stick to my build anymore.

Anyone else has the problem that you wan't to stick to your builds no matter what ?
