AIO Necessary for Mobile Build?

I am planning a (moderately) SFF build in an Ncase M2. I’m going SFF in large part so the PC can be mobile and move room to room, and so I can occasionally travel with it. My question is, for a PC that needs to be able to move around, is an AIO cooler necessary to reduce weight and stress on the motherboard, or is a tower air cooler going to be safe?
