I dont know where to go now, recommendations?

Request

Started learning Russian on Babbel and was disappointed. The main lessons were alright, but they only went to "A2" level. And it feels like I was taught all the cases and some grammar while being taught as few verbs and adjectives as possible for the $100 annual subscription (I did both the main courses in 27 hours, over 50 days). The remaining lessons are duolingo style word memorization that dont even show the words in example sentences, and dont teach all the different forms of verbs at once, instead only showing me one tense, for instance. I turn to a translator to fill in the gaps after those. Im struggling with perfective/imperfective words and tense. I dont want to hire a tutor yet, will eventually, but does anyone know an app (free or not) or a textbook I could obtain in the U.S. that is fully comprehensive with teaching grammar how I am needing? Im leaning towards textbook because I really dont wanna start from the beginning again slowly going over the beginner stuff I already know. And apps almost always tend to teach you as if they assume you're just learning quick words in order to take a vacation abroad. However, I still need listening practice and a book cant talk. Anyways, Im not learning for a stupid tourism trip, im just trying to legitimately become fluent and I dont know what to do anymore. I still have the defeated feeling like ive wasted my time but my motivation has not wavered in a year of attempts to learn
