(probably not) an error in today's puzzle

hi. first post. think i found an error. yeah i know.

So far, i have Gabe, Jason, Logan, Mark, Tyler and Vince figured out correctly. The "error" in question is that i should be able to mark Ollie as criminal, but the game says i don't have enough info.
Here's my reasoning:
Tyler's clue tells us that either Kay or Ollie is innocent, the other criminal.
Jason then has two known innocent neighbors: Gabe, and one of Kay or Ollie. That's an even number, so by his clue we know that either Evie or Noah is innocent, the other criminal.
Vince's clue tells us that Kay has 5 criminal neighbors. We know two: Logan, and one of Evie or Noah. There are only three available spaces for criminal neighbors left, one of them being Ollie. However, at this point, attempting to mark Ollie as criminal gives me the "not enough information" message as described.
I gotta be missing something, right? Like I misread a clue or something stupidly obvious like that. Please help me confirm that this is not in fact an error and I've missed something.
