Are These Permanent (LG 55-Inch Class OLED evo G4 Series)

I've got a LG 55-Inch Class OLED evo G4 Series that I love. I moved earlier this fall and noticed these marks on the screen afterwards. I did a wipe with a micro-cloth but no luck. Are they permanent or can I just try to clean the screen better than I have?
