Help with fans!

Hi, doing my first build for my son for xmas. I have Thermalright aqua elite argb 240 aio coming and am building in an Lian Li O11 Dynamic Mini V2 ATX Mini Tower Case.

As I'm doing full ATX in this case I want to use the 2×120 radiator in the side motherboard fan slot and have it as intake, then 3x120 fan in the bottom gpu slot as intake, 3x120 fan in the top for exhaust and 1x120 fan in the rear for exhaust. So 5 intake, 4 exhaust, slight positive pressure.

I assume the radiator comes set as exhaust by default, and guess I will need to switch out the fans for reverse blade ones to have it as an intake? Is this easy enough? And can anyone advise which thermalright reverse blade fans will work best for this? Or can it be any 2x120 reverse blade fans?
