The hive refers to themselves as we and us.

Two examples In episode 4…

1. Carol asks Zosia how she’s feeling and Zosia responds “We are feeling much better today.”
2. A few moments later when the exit the hospital, Zosia comments “it is a beautiful day thank you for bringing us out here.”

So contrast that the start of episode 5…

Carol asks the nurse how Zosia is doing and the nurse replies with “SHE will be fine” not “We will be fine.”
