The Wealthy Barber - 2025 Updated Canadian Edition - Have you read it?

Has anyone read it? Does it cover low MER index fund investing like John Bogle has? I read the original version of the Wealthy Barber and liked it. But, it was a fairly thinly veiled promotion of big managed mutual funds like Templeton Growth. Those are no longer the way to go, but low MER index ETFs are. I was thinking of buying copies for my kids if it is a good book on getting started to invest in Canada. But, if it is still pushing high MER managed funds then I won't bother...
