I Want to Go Back on Zepbound

I was a super responder to Zepbound. Lost all my weight very quickly, never went beyond 7.5, no side effects. After reaching my goal, I spaced out 7.5 shots every 2-3 weeks and felt great. No food noise, and when the noise came back, I took from my nice little stash. Didn't gain a pound. Then my insurance stopped covering it in June. I was able to use my stash until November, then I had to switch to Wegovy. I don't like it. I am not eating differently and have gained 5 pounds. I just want to go back to Zepbound. What are my options for the lowest-cost way to get it? When do you think the price might drop?
