shift training

Hi everyone, i was supposed to receive days where i would get trained in by yesterday but I’ve not gotten anything and I’ve emailed and texted managers but no one has answered me back? is there anything I should do or try to contact specifically? there’s no phone number to call the store either btw. thank you!
