Positive Repair Experience

Given the negative experiences people tend to post about figured I'd post a positive one.

1. Flip 5. Small LED leakage inner screen (dropped on corner, no case)
2. Insurance AMEX/Assurion, approved quickly based in estimate (which was low, see below)
3. Estimate was <$250 for screen replacement due to 1x Samsung discount on screen repair
4. Mailed to Samsung repair. I recommend doing so if you have a spare phone to use
5. ~7 business from shipping out to getting back

Not only did they replace the inner screen including new screen protector, but they replaced the hinge and some USB problem. All for the same price as estimate.
And I don't know what they did with the screen as far as calibration, but it looks great, better than new tbh.

tl;dr Mailed Flip 5 to Samsung for inner screen replacement, very positive experience.
