Hiring length process for OPL page job?

Just wondering if anyone has an idea of how long the hiring process is for pages at the Ottawa Public Library? They had the job up end of October/beginning of November and I applied.

its been about 3 weeks now and nothing has happened. I searched on here for other city jobs and saw that it could take months. Just wondering if this is likely to be the same situation or if anyone knows what the process is like after application! Any info would be appreciated, thanks.
