Does unticking the include results from other recruitment focuses lead to fewer scouted players overall?

Hello everyone! I tried posting this question yesterday on the weekly help thread but I didn’t get any response so I am making a thread.

In FM26 does unticking the include results from other recruitment focuses mean that staff are going to ignore people scouted in other recruitment focuses and therefore not contribute to their complete scouting or does it just mean that those players won't be included in the reports? I am asking because I am getting kinda tired of almost having to go through 100 of the players that I have already scouted in my recruitment recommendations but I see that after several scouts report a player I receive full knowledge of their attributes.
