What happens if I don't collect a Click & Collect order?

Something's come up and I won't be in the country to collect a Click & Collect order. What will happen now? I tried Ebay live chat but didn't get a solid answer. Anyone had any experience with this? I've tried contacting the seller too but nothing as of yet.
