Lian Li LCD fans stopped booting with PC recently

Built my pc over a year ago and the fans have worked as expected. Past 2 weeks when I go to start up my PC, the fans no longer boot with pc. I have to switch the PSU off and push the power button a couple of times. Turn the PSU back on and the fans will boot with pc again. Anyone know whats going on?
