Need advice

I have upcoming job offer discussion, and I know 14-16k lang maooffer nila (Banking Industry) but maganda raw po ang benefits dito. I’m desperate for a job po rn, and I’m a fresh grad. I don’t know if I should accept the offer if ever. I’m from Cavite po and sa Ortigas pa yung office (malapit lang sa mrt)🥹
