E-bike €4500: insurance quote seems crazy (€30/month) reasonable or not?

Hi everyone! I’m about to buy my first e-MTB (~€4500) and I want to insure it properly — not only against theft, but also against accidental damage (“casse / dommages”). I’m in Paris, so theft risk is real.

I received a quote from my home-insurance: €30/month to add the “bike option”. Frankly that seems too expensive.

So I’m wondering...Is paying €30/month reasonable for a full coverage (vol + casse) on a ~€4500 e-bike?

If you have such coverage in Paris (or elsewhere in France), how much do you pay per year or per month?
