Russian Subtitles not working??

Are the Russian subtitles not working in ep2 for anyone else??? I had no problem with the Russian or French in episode 1, but they’re not appearing in ep2. I thought it was an artistic choice at first. All the way through the scene with who I assume is Ilya's father (couldn’t tell because I couldn’t understand them), I thought it was a bold move to leave the conversation up for interpretation and let the actors faces speak for themselves. But apparently there were supposed to be subtitles? Anyone else have this issue? They appear fine for the English dialogue.
