Food Recommendations!

Hi, Bonjour!

I'll be visiting Quebec City for the first time for three nights in December right before X-mas and was wondering what is everyone's recommendations for food. Was hoping to spend a dinner at a fine dining restaurant and looking for experiences. Was looking at Bistro le SAM, but wondering if other people have other restaurants I should check out
