Tires for 2022 CRV EX

Hello,

I have recently bought a 2022 CRV and I need to replace the tires. I live in a part of New York where snow is frequent, so I will be buying all season tires. I’m trying to find something that is affordable but will not mess up my car as it only has 20,000 miles on it. I don’t know much about tires so I was wondering if anyone had recommendations of what I should buy. I was looking at the Michelin Defender 2’s, but a friend recommended I go for the much cheaper Goodyear Reliants to save some money. Does anyone have any advice of an affordable tire that will be okay for my car?
