Ariens Pro28 Drive Wheels Engagement Lag
My 2011 Ariens Pro28 seems to lag when I engage the drive lever. Sometimes it takes right off, but often it feels like a second or more. Doesn't matter if it's forward or reverse, high or low. Seems like the cable tension is correct, but I'm not sure. Any ideas why the delay?
As background, I had it at the dealer to get the friction disc changed. Looking at the bill, it said they changed the oil. I didn't ask them to, but I figured whatever. Checked the oil before running it for the first time since I got it back and the oil level was only up to the tip of the dipstick. So now I wonder what else might have been done improperly.
