kombo strike, is it worth it?

I've been using a 5800x for a long time but today I purchased a 5800X3D. I heard about the setting kombo strike, is it something which makes a big difference? I installed the 5800X3D today and it seems to run a little hotter than what my 5800x did. During games its reaches up to 74 degrees, which I think is normal but i just wanted to ask because i'm afraid to mess with the settings in bios. is kombo strike worth to enable? the guy i bought it from on ebay said he was using kombo strike 3, i'm just afraid to try it. can it break anything?
