Dating is hard. You have to be present, you have to be a perfect version of yourself, no matter how much of a lie that is. And even when you do everything right, you still might be rejected for any number of arbitrary reasons. How can you possibly win when even just being yourself can turn someone away?

That's where DateDroid comes in. Though the ethics of a human-like robot are still being debated, and many people find them offputting, that shouldnt stop you. For just a few thousand dollars, you can pick out your partner from dozens of pre-made, one of a kind options. Their personalities will never waver, they will be bonded to only you, and best of all, you get a lifetime warranty!

So why not buy your own DateDroid? Sure, others may look at you weirdly, they may assume the worst, and the bot may have some glitches leading to a rise of independence, but is that really more hassle than Tinder?

Hey! I'm looking for a longterm roleplay where you navigate life with a new partner. I want to explore how love can grow when you are dating someone everyone else considers an unfeeling toy, and what changes when it becomes clear the feelings she shouldnt be having start growing out of control. Everything is up to discuss! When you message me, please be prepared to craft a story with me, not just smut. Send more than one line for an intro, and please tell me what time it is for you! If you don't, I *WILL NOT* respond. Hope to hear from you soon <3
