Mandalay bubble build

Good day, commanders

I'm returning from a long time break from the game and am looking for some ship building advice.

I currently have a krait phantom to jump around the bubble doing miscellaneous missions and get to new systems before transferring my krait mk2 for combat.

I've read the Mandalay was a better version of the phantom so I took some time to outfit one.

What ways can I improve this build or change around?
