Gransford bruks warranty?

Hey everyone. In January I got the gransford splitting maul to use. I wanted a high quality wood handle splitting axe with a good warranty, thought it'd be worth it. It showed up, I used it regularly the rest of winter and kept it in my humidity controlled shop over summer and when I wasn't outside with it. It split logs, things were great. Well a couple weeks ago I started our outdoor woodburner and got to splitting again. Almost immediately, it felt like the head had some wobble and the handle was loose, a quick look and I noticed the wedge was sticking out just a bit. I tapped it back in and it was good for a couple of swings, then loose again. I did what the website said for a warranty but didn't hear back and I got wood to split.

Anyone else use their warranty?
