Juggling all the stakeholders on big infrastructure jobs - how do you handle it?

Putting some feelers out here. I'm wrestling with stakeholder engagement on big federal infrastructure projects, you know, DOT, etc stuff. We've got agencies, communities, environmental groups, subs, all these different folks with opinions that can really impact timelines and compliance.

What are your go-to strategies and tools for managing all those diverse interests without derailing the project? I'm especially keen to hear about any specific software that really helps centralize comms, track sentiment, or link stakeholder concerns to project risks. What's actually working for you out there? Been crawling along with spreadsheets and I kinda want to punch something now....so frustrating!!
