If you wear day to day, closer to 24/7 or 24/7 do you have a day and a night diaper?

Just curious as I wear closer to 24/7 these days I found that having a lower capacity day diaper where I change more often during the day and having a night diaper where it needs to go the whole night 99% of the time is what works best. I used to wear the thickest diapers I could find when I wore simply for age regression or fetish reasons.

Do you just rock the highest capacity diapers you can find or do you have a day and a night diaper go to?
