AULA Hero 68 Unresponsive

I just bought the AULA Hero68 a couple of months ago, and I recently encountered a problem. This happened when I was playing Valorant for 4 hours straight, then some of the keypads I used while playing it just didn't receive it at all. I had to press a couple of keypads in order for the keyboard to receive it; if I just pressed 1 keypad, it didn't receive at all. I have tried the calibration mode, but it only fixes the problem for a couple of minutes. Does anybody have the same issues or know how to fix this?
