Do I have anal fissures?

Okay I’ve had constipation for the last few months and it’s finally better now. But after pooping or even normally during the day whenever I slightly push I have this sharp pain in my anal region and the area between my vagina and anus. The sharp pain occurs whenever I sit and it’s making me feel so uncomfortable all the time. So I was wondering if I have anal fissures and I got tears when I was really constipated?
