Black Friday shift, gotta work it hungry

For context since it’s the holidays, money is tight.

At our Black Friday meeting, we were promised lunch catering for all Lunch blocks. They said they were catering in Panda Express, which I love.

So, forgoing bringing in any thanksgiving left overs for lunch, and being an opener, our lunch block is 1030-11.

It’s 10:42, and they now said the lunch won’t arrive until 11… and they don’t know if they will be able to get openers off the floor so they can get some.

So now we have to work 545-4 on an empty stomach on the busiest day of the year while everyone else gets to eat.

Yay for possibly passing out.
