Should I download a game from steam unlocked

So guys I downloaded a game called "My summer car" from steam unlocked and so far everything seems good none of the files on my storage are curropted and there is no virus or anything that was detected by my free version of bitdefender. But I am a bit concerned since I saw many people said that steam unlocked is unsafe. So what should I do now , should I delete the game or something. Pls help me
