Prevent dye leeching

Just bought a lot of accessories for my ereshkigal hip sex toy and I've been meaning to wash them all before I put her to good use. Is a cold water + detergent 30 min soak enough to get rid of the dyes? If not, I might have to just buy plain white cotton brands with no dyes then?
