Here’s the deal:

We currently run a small 10×10 household items shop in Mumbai. I sell plastic and steel products like buckets, plates, containers, etc. Now I want to open a new shop focused on trendy, aesthetic products (not electronics) — things like jars, glass bottles, decorative containers, and other items that sell well both offline and online.

I already have around 3 years of experience in this category, so I clearly know what sells and what turns into dead stock. The business will run on a fixed 30% margin, both offline and online, and I will be doing proper advertising.

What I need:
I am looking for a ₹2 lakh investment.

₹50,000 will go towards the shop deposit

The remaining ₹1.5 lakh will be used for the interior and stock
At the start, I will use only about 50% of this amount.

What you will get:
You will receive 30% of my gross profit (not net), so you don’t have to worry about rent, electricity, staff, or any other expenses.
For example, if I sell goods worth ₹1,000 at a 30% margin, the profit is ₹300 — your share will be 30% of ₹300 = ₹90 per day, which is around ₹32,400 per year.

I will need the investment for at least one year. After that, I can return it or continue the deal if both sides agree.

I know this is not a “professional” pitch, but I do know how to run the business and make it work.

Just a few final points:
I’m not selling a “get rich quick” scheme. It won’t produce lakhs of sales on day one. But I am confident you will get strong, steady returns, and the business will grow month by month.

I’ve spent countless hours thinking through the pros and cons. I already have contacts of manufacturers and wholesalers in Mumbai and across India. I’ve planned exactly how many pieces of each product to buy, which items will be placed at the entrance, which at the back, and even which YouTubers will promote the shop.

I’m not taking any money out for myself — every rupee of profit will be reinvested.

The ₹1000/day sales example was just a basic calculation.
I’m confident I can reach ₹5,000–₹10,000 sales per day (offline + online) within a few months.

Ecommerce is not a competition at all. Why? Because look at the product image which i shared above .Online it is sold for 99rs plus 99rs delivery charge, so almost 200 Rupees . But I will sell it for 60rupees with a 30 to 40 percent margin. These products will always be expensive online because of all the extra ecommerce charges
